How did the current custodian come into the items and were they every museum rated items that were stolen by the original venue's penal code definition of that term?

These are the only facts of any importance. If they are not museum theft then the Indians should put in a bid like anyone else- and a high bid if they indeed value them.

Whoever wrote this post, it is sad to notice you did not get Gandhi's name right. I thought maybe the original article had misspelled in too. But it is not. Only shows the carelessness shown by the poster.
