Quigley's Victory Lap At County Board Spoiled By Stroger

As Cook County Commissioner Mike Quigley entered the county board meeting room today, he received a round of applause in recognition of winning Tuesday's Democratic nomination to replace Rahm Emanuel in Congress.

But the reception was not so warm when County Board President Todd Stroger called the meeting to order.
