Sandy Weill: "Apoplectic" That He Hasn't Been Consulted On Citigroup Crisis

Sanford I. Weill, the former chief executive of Citigroup who built the firm into the financial supermarket that is struggling to stay afloat today, is apparently "apoplectic" that he hasn't been consulted on the current troubled state of the bank.
