Colombian Extradition Rulings Worry The U.S.

Recent decisions by the Colombian Supreme Court on extraditions of guerrilla ringleaders in the kidnapping of three Americans have sparked concern that future captors of Americans may not face justice in U.S. courts, hampering the pursuit of terrorist groups.
