Yesterday, days ahead of the stimulus-package funding deadline, the federal government handed the CTA $241 million for capital projects. Today, a regional planning committee gave the go-ahead for the CTA to start work on them.

We're seeing the beginnings of the stimulus working. And when the Repubs continue to sing the same old song "Tax Reductions to the Wealthy" (claiming that small businesses create jobs - when there's nobody to buy what these companies create) let them ask the folks who will be able to feed and cloth their families because of these projects, what they think

But are The Wealthy that would get Tax Reductions that Repubs want running SMALL Businesses?
