Hulk Hogan And Divorce Lawyer Fight Outside Court (VIDEO)

CLEARWATER, Fla. — An attorney for Hulk Hogan's wife got into a verbal sparring match with the former professional wrestler outside a courtroom and asked if Hogan was going to wrestle him.

The spat started when lawyer Ray Rafool was answering questions about the divorce case for television cameras. He spoke after a hearing Thursday in which a judge granted the release of $225,000 in frozen assets for Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.

While Rafool spoke to the media, the towering Hogan tried to interject a comment from behind a row of cameras and reporters.

"Are you gonna to wrestle with me here?" Rafool said loudly. "Are you gonna come across the cameras? Then be quiet."

"It's a free world," Hogan replied.

"No, it's not a free world," Rafool said. "It's called professionalism."

The attorney, who had recently accepted an autograph from Hogan for his son, then delivered a stinging blow to any World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler: "You're an actor. You're acting now."

"I hope your son enjoys the autograph," Hogan said. "Thank you Hulkamaniac brother."

Hogan's attorney joined in and continued arguing with Rafool. The former wrestler, who was on crutches because of recent back surgery, left a few minutes later.

"I guess I get the feeling of what it's like to be on the WWE now," he said.

Rafool had cooled off when The Associated Press reached him by phone Friday.

"It got much more heated than I would have preferred," Rafool said. "Some of it was a little tongue-in-cheek about the wrestling. He was smiling and laughing. I was, too."

David Houston, Hogan's attorney, said his client spoke up because, "He felt that every dime they have was being dissipated by virtue of the divorce proceeding."

Houston said Hogan worries that when all is done, he won't be able to help John Graziano, a young man who was like family to the Hogans and was seriously injured in a crash caused by Hogan's son Nick Bollea. Nick Bollea was sentenced last year to eight months in county jail after he pleaded no contest to causing the crash.

What Hulk Hogan did just then was wrong, you don't go inside a courtroom and start a fight, where is his class? I mean, this guy (Linda's lawyer) did what was right for him to do in this cases, he embarrassed the big bold tool Hulk Hogan in front of the media, and to my surprise, because i though Hogan was done with been stupid, period!!! Duh!

Well, I will say this...div­orce brings out the very worst in people. I don't judge Hogan harshly. I know many people who have been there...an­d when this kind of money is involved, it just makes the situation that much worse. God only knows the kind of crap Linda Hogan is pulling in a courtroom so she can get her share and continue to date 19 year old kids.

The Hogans/Bol­leas/whate­ver should spend the rest of their lives helping the Graziano family if their entitled son does not. Or Terry could help Nick become the man he should be and have him step up and help the Graziano family. Unfortunately for everyone, it seems both Bollea parents are focused only on themselves and their midlife crises. They have done Nick a disservice by not having him step up and this will follow him the rest of his life---long after they and their fake tans are gone. Nick is too young to comprehend this, and does not understand he will be forever labeled because his parents failed him.

One can't help but feel a little sorry for the Hulkster. Anyone who watched that reality show they did for a while could have spotted in 30 seconds that his soon-to-be ex was nothing but a golddigging money hungry talentless nothing that hit the jackpot.

And of course, now that she's decided she just wants to chase 18 and 19 year olds all day (like any decent cougar should), she's basically just throwing down this guy's entire wealth earned through 30 years of blo.od and sweat down the toilet. By the time this is all said and done, there will be nothing left but 2 very rich lawyers.

Oh please she's not the guilty party. They lived the american nightmare of luxurious and pretentious wealth I didn't see one bit of restraint on spending and spending and not saving for the future or the kids going to college, it was all spent on Nick's cars and Terry's gym and the womens dye jobs when I saw just bits of the reality show. All parties were unprofessional in this event they just wanted to be before the media cameras, nothing more than a naked publicity stunt.

Well Hulk Hogan and his soon to be Ex- would be more concerned about John Graziano they would both get rid of the lawyers... submit a settlement to each other and then split the differences.
Then they would both give half of their money to Graziano's family.

The Hogan's showed what they were made up of when their son was in jail for the accident which has left poor John in the horrible condition he's in- they cried over their boy being in jail -instead over what he did and the pain he caused John's family. Very sad.

So, if they don't want to settle- the lawyers should keep the fight going and take all the money they can. Drag the divorce out for a decade or more like many other divorces of the too rich to settle.

So now he wants to help John Graziano? I listened to him talking about how John somehow deserved what happened to him, that Karma played into it. I also heard him conspiring about how he was going to get Nick his own show about how the poor spoiled rich kid has to readjust to society from his harsh sentence of only 8 months in prison. I am sorry, watching the footage of John Graziano in his vegetative state and head caved in because he had to have his frontal lobe removed makes me loathe anything Hogan. Yes, John Graziano got into the car with Nick Hogan. However, the Hogans were spinning it to make it look like they are the victim.
