Hulk Hogan And Divorce Lawyer Fight Outside Court (VIDEO)

CLEARWATER, Fla. — An attorney for Hulk Hogan's wife got into a verbal sparring match with the former professional wrestler outside a courtroom and asked if Hogan was going to wrestle him.

The spat started when lawyer Ray Rafool was answering questions about the divorce case for television cameras. He spoke after a hearing Thursday in which a judge granted the release of $225,000 in frozen assets for Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.

While Rafool spoke to the media, the towering Hogan tried to interject a comment from behind a row of cameras and reporters.

"Are you gonna to wrestle with me here?" Rafool said loudly. "Are you gonna come across the cameras? Then be quiet."

"It's a free world," Hogan replied.

"No, it's not a free world," Rafool said. "It's called professionalism."

The attorney, who had recently accepted an autograph from Hogan for his son, then delivered a stinging blow to any World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler: "You're an actor. You're acting now."

"I hope your son enjoys the autograph," Hogan said. "Thank you Hulkamaniac brother."

Hogan's attorney joined in and continued arguing with Rafool. The former wrestler, who was on crutches because of recent back surgery, left a few minutes later.

"I guess I get the feeling of what it's like to be on the WWE now," he said.

Rafool had cooled off when The Associated Press reached him by phone Friday.

"It got much more heated than I would have preferred," Rafool said. "Some of it was a little tongue-in-cheek about the wrestling. He was smiling and laughing. I was, too."

David Houston, Hogan's attorney, said his client spoke up because, "He felt that every dime they have was being dissipated by virtue of the divorce proceeding."

Houston said Hogan worries that when all is done, he won't be able to help John Graziano, a young man who was like family to the Hogans and was seriously injured in a crash caused by Hogan's son Nick Bollea. Nick Bollea was sentenced last year to eight months in county jail after he pleaded no contest to causing the crash.

I agree, once you marry they almost always have you over the barrel if you are wealthy. Hogan was rich & famous when he married her SweetWhine, he did'nt marry her while he was in wrestling college, lol...answ­er me this? What does she bring to the table financially? Look how she raised the children, not good. Hogan could have had any woman he wanted, much younger and certainly more attractive women in fact, but he stood by his wife, the mother of his children like a good husband, and got burned the moment things went south. I think there all messed up, but I think Hogan tried to be a good father. His wife is a spoiled brat, and that's why the children turned out bad.

They need to change these laws from attaining 50% of a person's income to only being paid the cost of living (good for only the number of years actually married) within a state either in a lump sum or in monthly payments with12% interest. If most greedy estranged spouses were smart, they take the lump sum, get a job or start a business. Otherwise, they would have to live within their means.

However, that is giving the national and local governments too much credit.

You marry someone richer than you, then you are entitled for the rest of your life????
This is a reverse form of slavery, in those nasty dark days, you buy a person and expect him/her to work for you for the rest of his/her life for you wih no further payment.
Now, you marry someone, payment is made in the form of sex and/or child bearing and you expect/demand, entitled to be taken care of for the rest of your life......­.

If you were a divorced male, and have to give 50% of your retirement, 50% of your 401k, and 50% of your monthly check to someone who lives with her boyfriend that is 15 years younger than she is, is college educated but does not want to get a job because she gets $4000/month, THEN sends the kids back to Dad for clothes and spending money, AND wants Dad to continue to pay child support even tho the kids are emancipated, you might think differently.

A well known divorce lawyer in London, England once said - Marriage to a rich man is a sensible career option for a woman.
He was defending the soon to be ex wife of the CEO of New Star (Investment company), before marriage, she was earning $100,000 in an inestment company; after barely 2 years of marriage, she is demanding $30Millions; I a sure she cried all the way to the bank.

She deserves a cut, but I disagree regarding 50%, probably around 25% seeing how Hogan actually put his physical well being on the line for that money, not just his time and effort, also I find it interesting that his kids are supportive of him over their mother, and don't seem to get along with her too well.
