Why exactly do I need to come to Huff Post to read the latest "outrage" right wingers have their panties in a twist about? We're talking about reprinting something from the Christian Broadcasting Network. Progressive media outlets always seem to think it's important to give the othersides view . Am I mistaken, but the last time I checked conservatives and right wing wacko's are more than well represented in every avenue of the media . The right is spewing their venom 24 hours a day on cable tv, radio and newpapers and online. If a smear is in the Drudge Report it's in Politico and if it's in Politico, it's on CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc. within hours. By the time the truth outs the damage is done. Try adding a little truth to your post, this Judge ruled against Conservatives in one controversial case, he ruled that the Indiana Legislature could NOT start their secessions with overtly Christian prayers. "On appeal, a panel of the Seventh Circuit dismissed the ruling, saying the people in whose name the American Civil Liberties Union had brought the suit lacked standing because they had not been harmed by the prayers." The other case was that he ruled against was an UN-constitutional amendment to State Law concerning a persons right to privacy, apparently it ruffled some feathers. Why are so many Republicans so anti - American? Why do they so eagerly embrace fascism (Cheney/Bush) and hate over a Constitutional Republic (Obama)? Why would they want to inflame the wound they made?

Shame on the Republican Party for embracing totalitarianism, whether Leninist/Straussian Neo Conservatism or fundamentalist primitivism. Either poison would kill not just Party but the Republic over time. All Americans get both thrust upon us. The Party contains every entity the Founders warned of and more.

With the effects of media and educational dumbing down and polarization all around, is it any wonder why war criminals are still given national audience? Cheney spoke to that special market share through Politico and the ever reliable CNN Propaganda Inc, and fed it a heavy dose of ideological poison. Like the banks, the MSM begs for oversight and control to halt the country's decay and nurse it back to intellectual well being.

In between the heavier, fear-laden militant corporate talking-points, half-truths, and propaganda, they receive regular doses of Limbaugh, O'Reilly, and Beck, where polarization, hate, and deceit are always on tap.

Here is a fact sheet on Hamilton which is much more realistic. It gives a few notable decisions which show that he isn't as liberal as the sources quoted by CBN indicate. Included in the fact sheet is a reference to the case on informed decision that the quote in the CBN article misrepresents.

Notice also that this fact sheet gives real data that can be checked instead of vague claims and blanket statements that are hard to verify.

Read the Nov 5th, 2008 newspapers! Obama won! If he attempts to balance the likes of Scalia, Thomas and co., so be it. That's how the Constution defines the process.
