Japan Keeps Interest Rate Unchanged At 0.1 Percent

With Japan's recession deepening and corporate financing still tight, Bank of Japan policy board members held interest rates steady at ultra-low levels Wednesday and decided to purchase more government bonds outright to ease financing conditions in the marketplace.
