Chicago cops gave the department's top boss an unexpected -- and unflattering -- performance review during a monthly union meeting Tuesday night.
Nearly 200 officers, out of the 11,000-plus in the union and below the rank of sergeant, in attendance registered a vote of "no-confidence" in the leadership of Supt. Jody Weis, said Fraternal Order of Police President Mark Donahue.
