Cindy Crawford posed naked, wearing eyeliner and lather, in the April issue of Allure magazine. Crawford, 43, posed for the "anti-aging" Issue with an accompanying caption that reads,

"This is what 43 looks like. Crawford's skin-care regimen includes a day cream with antioxidants, a sunscreen, a night cream, and an eye cream. She also swears by microdermabrasion - and protecting the skin on her hands, neck, and chest."

More to the point, since the caption doesn't explicitly say that she hasn't been shopped, we can only assume that she has which defeats the alleged point of the picture. The caption also doesn't seem to think that regular exercise and a good diet are pertinent factors.

The real point is "ladies, you still have to feel bad about your looks, and buying these products will make you feel better about it."

You know, I'm 44 and I don't look like that - but I don't look half bad either for a mom with a sedentary job. Still, I just wish at some point in our lives women could feel they have permission to stop worrying about having a super hot body.
