Special Relationship: Julianne Moore Playing Hillary Clinton?

Julianne Moore has been cast to play the role of Hillary Clinton in the forthcoming film Special Relationship, which will focus on the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky affair that transpired over a decade ago, according to the Boston Globe.

The actress will star opposite Dennis Quaid - who will play Hillary's husband, ex-US President Bill Clinton - in the movie which will show how Bill's 'inappropriate relationship' with White House intern Monica Lewinsky nearly ended his time in power.

A source said: "This is a big role for both of them. Playing Hillary, a wife who stands by her unfaithful husband, will be something she can get her teeth stuck into."

Other papers, mostly from outside the U.S., have reported on the role. But the news has not been confirmed.
