Limbaugh Attacks "Barack Ogabe" And His "Angry" Wife (AUDIO)

Rush Limbaugh was at it again on Tuesday, "confusing" Barack Obama with Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe, and referring to the president as "one angry guy -- his wife is angry as well."

Limbaugh went on to "accidentally" refer to Robert Mugabe, the president of Zimbabwe, as "Barack Ogabe."

"The standard of living has increased in places where there are basic free markets," Limbaugh said. "Where there aren't, of course the standard of living has declined, such as Zimbabwe... now run by Robert Ogabe. Ah -- it's Mugabe. I was confusing him with a well-known Kenyan named Barack Ogabe. This is Robert Mugabe."

Limbaugh has made it clear he feels that Obama's presidency will be a disaster, and has repeatedly said he wants the administration and its agendas for economic and healthcare reform to fail.

Rush, please, please, please, please (infinity) keep it up. The extremist, hateful, paranoid, unfounded rhetoric is part of the reason moderate Republicans voted Democratic in November. oldvannes, neither Obama nor Bush "mumbles." As for "stumbling:" When one pauses (not "hesitates," but "pauses") to clarify his thoughts before and while speaking, as often as possible, knowing that words released cannot be retrieved as well as how much importance is placed on his words, by others, it is actually the better option. When one hesitates (not "pauses," but "hesitates") to search for "the right answer," and when it eludes him, blurts out mispronunciations, inaccuracies, and slang, with no attention to accountability, it is actually damaging. As for Limbaugh: Ever notice how many songs there are about hard times than good? Ever notice how much more easily words flow when complaining or being destructive than when praising or being constructive? I would wager that it is not all that hard to speak off the cuff for three hours when simply rolling a great big snowball of hatred and spite down a hill.

Mr. Limbaugh, regarding your comments about the "angry" Obamas, I believe they call that "projection." And one other little note...you live in this country, too. How well do you really think it will serve you if our new government does fail as miserably as you hope?

I really think taht we should just tune out Limbaugh. It is the first ammendment right of all americans to be able to say whatever they want no matter how stupid or spiteful it might be. I think taht the reason he says the things he does is so people can blog about him and he can carry out a battle with people he doesn't agree with. His support base is a very, very, very, very, very, very small minority of the population. We need to make him irrelevent because he won't shut up.

Most are missing his point.He's comparing Barack Obama's economic policies to those of Zimbabwe.Of course you don't hear all of that because the tape ends as he starts to make his point. Mugabe inflated his economy by printing money with no backing.Our Government just "printed" an extra Trillion dollars to pump into our economy. We are now devaluing the dollar which will lead to inflation.In 1980 a Zimbabwe dollar was equal to 1 American dollar. Tax, kill and take from the rich, give total control to the Government and now a loaf of bread costs 600 million dollars in Zimbabwe.You may dislike the messenger, but the message is clear.This Administration is trying failed policies,good intentions aside and ruining our economy.

Limbaugh speaks off the cuff for 3 hours per day - no writers no teleprompter. Not a word leaves Obama's lips not a thought enters his head unless it is first penned by Axelrod. When left to his own word and thoughts he mumbles and stumbles at a rate that even Bush would find troubling. Without his handlers and court jesters he is an affirmative action nonentity. But of course, Limbaugh is the dummy.

Our enemies love this -- Americans against Americans. Hating each other. Suspecting each other. Sayiing we are Christians but not acting that way. Now is the time to find common ground with other Americans and work toward mutually beneficial ends. In our small town, volunteers and retirees are joining together to staff a health center in the high school where a pediatrician is donating her time. In cases like this, we carefully avoid politics because this is a redneck community and us liberals have no problems sitting side by side with conservatives for the sake of our kids. What are you doing with your life?
