On this, President Obama's 70th day in office, let's check in with our favorite first couple. Since January 20th, Barack and Michelle have been canoodling around Washington, Camp David, and, of course, they didn't miss date night in Chicago.

Seeing them makes me expect better...I have higher expectations of what I want from my partner. Of course my boyfriend is a bit ticked off at the President because of this, but it's good to finally say "look these are my standards, I know they're achievable as seen in the Obama relationship..." and there's really no arguement. Be considerate, attentive, and intelligent in communicating, I think he's gotten it. Anyway, I simply adore the First Couple...isn't it great to know we have at least 4 more years to look forward too and hopefully 8...most likely 8.

Their love for eachother is so obvious, pure and lovely.
Its so rare to have one, let alone one of those qualties in the white house!

It is comforting to see the Obamas together. Sometimes it seems like the country is against the President personally. Not his policies but, him and the first lady. They really only have each other to lean on and I'm praying their relationship is strong and strays strong. Seeing them together is very encouraging at a very difficult time in this country.
