Japanese Gameshow Live Action Super Mario Bros (VIDEO)

We all understand at this point that Japanese gameshows are weird to us, just as we're sure that grown-ups facing off against small children in a battle of wits is strange to others, but sometimes that weirdness borders on genius. This is one of those times.

Despite the Obama cameo, this video is an accurate depiction of what the beloved video game would look like if it weren't animated. It's incredibly well executed and witty, and even brings our new president in on the fun.
