I just returned from my Polling place and they were saying the turn out there was very low - lower than the primary last month.
I would have forgotten as well if I hadn't run into my neighbor on the way home from work.
I imagine he was pretty busy at the time.
In his defense, he probably had more important things on his mind. But even so, an aide should have reminded him. Doncha think?
