Glenn Beck: FEMA Concentration Camps Do Not Exist (VIDEO)

On his show Monday, Glenn Beck enlisted the help of Popular Mechanics to debunk an internet rumor that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) operates concentration camps in the United States.

Beck, known for his apocalyptic views, had come under fire for mentioning FEMA camps, though he claims to have always doubted their existence and promised to either show viewers the camps or prove that they didn't exist.

Monday, he appears to have done the latter.

Beck hosted Popular Mechanics editor-in-chief James Meigs, who reported that, based on his magazine's independent investigation, videos on the internet said to have been of FEMA concentration camps actually included footage of an Amtrak repair facility in Beach Grove, Indiana. The video reportedly comes from a woman tied to Timothy McVeigh's militia group.

"There is enough out there," Beck said. "We don't need to make stuff up."

I used to live about a mile from the Amtrak facility in Beech Grove. A big deal was made about how the barbed wire was oriented on top of the fence...an­d people came to the conclusion that it was really designed to keep people in rather than to keep them out. But it is a train repair facility; I know several people who work there.

Not long ago Beck said this could not be debunked. This obviously rankled the powers that be who sent in their "Popular Mechanics" stooge. This is the same magazine that 'debunked' 9-11 controlled demolition myths. And just last week evidence of 'super-thermite' high explosive was found in WTC dust, proved conclusively the three WTC towers were blown up.

In short, this is disinformation and the obvious conclusion is that the camps DO exist.

This is laughable at best. The samples they got were from "new yorkers" who took dust samples from distant places like the brooklyn bridge or some guys apartment and somehow only those samples were found to have this "thermite" compound. No other test anywhere else shows these thermite traces.

Read the whole article and you will see how this is just another nut job with more fodder for the conspiracy theory tinfoil hatters.

Actually, the FEMA camps pre-date the NAFTA superhighway. I first read about the FEMA camps on Art Bell's old message board back in 1996. Back then, they were part of Clinton's evil plans, you see. Then, suddenly, in the 2000sies, they were the KBR/Halliburton camps and Bush/Cheney were the villains who were going to throw all dissenters in there. The NAFTA superhighway thing has been around for less than a decade. I think I first read about it on the Rense site in like 2003, when the "plans" were "leaked" online.
