Hillary Clinton Channels Michelle Obama With Brooch, Belt (PHOTOS)

Shortly after telling Turkish television that the fashion gene skipped a generation in her family, we've found reason to believe that Hillary Clinton does not give herself enough credit. First, we found 10 of her most promising fashion statements. Then we noticed how happy she looked traveling across Europe last week in her bright, cheerful pantsuits.

Now we've noticed something a little Michelle Obama about her outfit as she met with foreign ministers from Panama, Australia and Morocco. Perhaps it was the floral brooch, maybe the big, wide belt.

This is a great style of jacket on the SOS. It's slightly longer than she normally wears and has just enough shape in the waist to give the illusion of a waist. I like the belt peeking through, too.

Another poster here remarked that the flower pin could have been bigger and I agree. I think she can carry off bolder jewelry pieces. Looking good.

But, just as important, she's the right fit for her new job. Best wishes to her.

I am not one to really notice fashion unless it doesn't look good and I don't think Hillary picked the proper suits etc. during her run for the presidency. However, she has looked great as SOS - I don't know who is advising her or picking her stuff, but they need a raise!

She looks great here. Is that a crucifix or a cross? A crucifix has the image of Christ on it; a cross doesn't. I couldn't see it clearly but it seemed to me to be a cross. Traditionally only Catholics wore crucifixes while Protestants wore crosses. In any case, it looks beautiful here. It's small so it doesn't call attention to itself and it does represent her religion. At any rate, she looks very happy and beautiful.

She has no waist - I'm like that too - makes you look like a participant in a magician's sawing in half act.

The belt reveals that she has a waistline! Beautiful touch, very simple, and what a difference it makes. Her suits make her look pretty dumpy most of the time. This whole outfit + accessories is a winner. And the expression on her face in all of her recent photos is just as revealing, Hillary has really come into her own. I'm very happy for her, and happy for us that we have her talents in such an important position. Go Hillary!
