Prince Propositions Salma Hayek In New Song

Prince has the hots for Salma Hayek. As Us Weekly points out, the Jehovah's Witness praises the star in his new song "Valentina," which happens to be the name of Hayek's 18-month-old daughter.

"Hey Valentina, tell your mama she should give me a call/ When she get tired of runnin' after you down the hall/And she's all worn out from those late-night feedings/and she's ready for another rock and roll meeting," the lyrics go.

Prince also expresses interest in Hayek's good pal Penelope Cruz.

"If Penelope wants to Cruz there ain't no way that we ain't gon' dance," Prince sings.

Hayek has served as musical muse before. Boy band O-Town serenaded Salma in 2001's "Liquid Dreams":

No matter what some of you may think, the song is about Selma attending many of Prince's private parties that went til like 6am, many celeberties would be regulars. Prince and Selma became close friends and he told her he was gonna write a song about her and her child. He isnt asking for anything but come back and party with all of us, you should listen to the whole song, he never says anything about trying to get with her. The part about tell your mama to give me a call after she finish chasing you down the hall is when she puts you to bed, come to your rock and roll concert. She loves Prince's private parties as many other celebs do. Later in the song he tells of Selmas career of acting, and he has another song mentioning Christina Milian, Maxwell, C-Lo comming to a gig at his house. Just thought some of you should know it's no propisition.

Just checked out the March 26 Prince gig on Jay Leno--totally hot. Jimi would be proud--Prince was fantastic. And he got a well deserved standing ovation. I'm down with Prince! Looks great as ever, too! Hotter than a pistol!
