Another busy day at the White House: First Lady Michelle Obama hosted students from Bancroft High School in Washington, who helped her plant and water the brand-new White House garden. She and Agriculture secretary Tom Vilsack spoke to the students about the healthy fruits and veggies that would grow there. "It's all brain food," Obama said. She cheered the kids for bringing good weather and then sent them (and the press) home with cookies.

The weather was so nice in fact, that, after President Obama received his economic briefing and met with Defense Secretary Robert Gates in the Oval Office, the POTUS and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton decided to hold their 4:15 meeting out behind the White House--on the swing set installed for the Obama girls in March.

The word is that Obama & Clinton were working on a strategy to beat Emmanuel and Biden on a game of kick the can. They figured with his fast moves & her can-kicking ability, this time they'll win.

Oh no..deja vu "all over again". I voted for Jimmy Carter and watched as his "rose garden" diplomacy during the Iran hostage situation failed miserably. If the photo of POTUS has been of him taking a break with his two daughters NO PROBLEM. It sends the wrong message to be there with the SOS when we have a piracy hostage situation.
I am absolutely furious about his plans to delay pull out in Iraq and Afganistan. More US soldiers were killed in Iraq yesterday and I saw barely a mention in the MSM.

I was sitting back watching some "Adult Material" and also listening to the news when a explosion of thoughts within My Brain reshaped the way that I see things happening when it comes to this World event; let Me go more into detail now.

The Somali Pirate & Hostage situation that has been happening for awhile now involves & effects every Nation that uses the Somali Sea Passage and this one event with the Somali's & American Hostage doesn't & shouldn't change the overall problem into only a American issue to be dealt with by Americans only at this moment.

This situation should be conducted in a way that shows the Somali Pirates & all others that when the situations call for it many Nations can cooperate & operate as a whole in order to accomplish any given task that is at hand, and that these group of Nations will not be pushed around by any other group of People or Nation of People that are determined to disrupt the operations being held within the Seas or anywhere else.

I'm not saying that the Nations that have been terrorized by the Somali Pirates should all converge onto the scene and start shooting at everything that is in the area, however I am saying that this issue concerns all Modern Nations and either in words or with the movement of their own Ships into the Somali waters a message should be sent to the Pirates; then We negotiate with the
