Just this morning we commended Michelle Obama for wearing repeat outfits (see the slideshow here), and a few hours later the first lady addressed the Department of Homeland Security wearing the exact same ensemble she had worn on the campaign trail in 2008: a short-sleeved green jacket over a long-sleeved striped purple shirt.
