Norm Coleman Defends Legal Efforts: Not Thinking About My Political Future

Republican Norm Coleman said he will appeal Democrat Al Franken's court victory in the U.S. Senate race next week. But for now, he said, he's hoping to relieve the frustration many Minnesotans feel about the five-month recount process that has still left the state one senator short.

Norm Coleman is the poster boy for the new GOP: Grand Obstructionist Party. Pawlenty isn't much better. The brouhaha over the 2000 presidential election lasted 6 weeks - this fiasco is closing in on 6 months. Norm is the ultimate in sore losers.
