The tax-paying public weren't the only ones protesting on Wednesday. Those who still keep their savings in a piggy bank were also out in force. Our citizen photojournalists, who sent in over a thousand pictures from Tea Parties across the country, had an eye for children eager to voice their political grievances. The best shots of America's youngest politicos have been compiled in the following slideshow and you can see all thousand-plus images here.

These BITTER Bag people probably teaches racial hate to their kids!!

During pro-prop 8 rallys I would say that at least half of the people I saw in attendance were 16 or younger. There was often a furor that set in where parents didn't seem to know or care where their kids were. Kids would be chanting with their posters while stepping out into the street without looking. There was almost no accountability.

How terrible for a parent to tell a child she or he is hated because they don't agree with something they probably don't understand. You should be ashamed of yourself. I don't hate your daughter but i"m having a problem with you telling her people hate her

CONservatives. Only those making more than $250,000 a year will have a 3% tax increase and the lot of them are acting like it is the end of the world. They should look back during Eisenhower's Presidency to see what the top marginal tax rate was.....it was 91%......when Bill Clinton took office it was 31%......Clinton raised it to 39.6% and left office with a 123 billion dollar surplus that Dubya squandered very quickly.....and he lowered the top marginal tax rate down to 35%. These guys have no clue how to govern and always want someone else to pick up the tab for all their spending.

What if something had happened and a riot broke out? Having those young kids there was risky and could have been tragic.

Let the kids be kids. There will be plenty of time for them to get involved in politics and should be allowed to grow into their views, not brainwashed at such young ages.

This is why prejudice thinking don't die. Tainting and corrupting the innocent.

I took my kids and she was very proud to be there with me, we live in California and we have been watching the schools turn into liberal indoctrination centers, so showing my daughter what to do when she disagrees with government is my duty as a parent and an American. When she saw on the news the way she and I were depicted by the liberal media she was disgusted, she said I dont hate black people and I dont hate Obama, so I said they dont care, you dont agree with them so they hate you, to them you are the enemy, she said but were all Americans, I said to them that doesnt matter. thats what you libs are about HATE.

You told your child she was hated???? OH MY GOD and you are proud of that??? What you subjected that child to was more hateful than any news story.

Number one: The New Yorker magazine used to have a department, "Remarks we doubt ever got made"...

Number two: You have got the whole republican/democrat hate thing backwards.

Number three: Your poor daughter.

Shame on you. The kids have no idea what their doing there.
They're HORRIBLE parents and so are you. Try educating yourself before you poison her mind with YOUR HATE

250,000 people in total, for every single "tea party", out of a population of
300 , 000,000 !

Why that's a whopping...drum roll please..........0.08333333333333334% of the population!!

That's hardly a "national movement"! What a joke!

Sweeping the nation........please!

Hope they didn't count people like me that went to take pictures of all the hate signs....of course, there were only 200 people according to our local right-wing paper here in St Augustine (America's oldest city).

Don't get too upset. When I took vacation to go to Columbia SC to 'get out the vote' last january, one of my canvassing partners during the week was a para-legal from KY. She told me her dad first took her canvassing for Reagan when she was a toddler....so don't worry, it doesn't always have to have 'long lasting' effects.

Using kids as props - awe. Well, in this case, the kids were probably no less clueless on the issues than their parents. Fox & Co used the parents; the parents used the kids. How cute.

This is nuts. I'd never make my kids fight my battles for me! How can you make your kid do this, before they are even old enough to form an opinion? It just makes the parents seem like zealots

I have no problem with these people protesting but what I find despicable is the way they are hiding behind"taxes" as the reason they are protesting but the real reason is they are protesting President Obama because of who he is. It's crazy to see the way the parents exploit their children because they don't know anything about taxes,so again it's quite clear as to what they or shall I say who they are protesting....
