Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie hit up a suburban grocery store with two of their kids Saturday afternoon, a Stop & Shop employee tells Usmagazine.com.

"They were here for 30 minutes and left," Monira Ahmed, who works in customer service, tells Us of the pair -- who are staying on New York's Long Island while she films thriller Salt.

"They were very friendly," continues Ahmed of the couple, who were joined by Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 2.

Gee, my husband and I just shopped with our five year old two days ago at the local grocery store.

I avoid the entertainment section like the plague, but in disbelief at he headline, I just had to click - sort of like an itch.

You couldn't pay me to be in the entertainment industry - "a star." I have nothing but sympathy for the two of them and their children, amongst all of the other "stars" out there. If my privacy was invaded like theirs on a daily basis, I would truly go insane.

This story makes news because Brad and Angelina are the "darlings" of the movie set.
They make big money for the tabloids so anything they do or say they will forever by in the public eye.
They are like Liz Taylor and Richard Burton of their time.

MyGuyO, I beg to differ. While Elizabeth - Hollywood legend with the violet eyes - Taylor and Richard - Shakespearean actor extraordinaire - Burton did adopt a foreign child, the similarity ends there.

Ms. Taylor and Mr. Burton brought their daughter home to join her siblings and to tend to her serious health problems all without selling their children's privacy. Ms. Taylor is renowned for her devotion to her friends and the only skin markings that she bares are the ones from her numerous encounters with death.

After serving his country during WWII, Mr. Burton became a legendary artist of both the stage and the screen. He was known for his brilliant command of language.
