Glenn Beck Expresses 'Erotic' Joy From Man Cutting Trees And Hunting On Earth Day

It turns out that the unrelenting insanity that I had hoped Glenn Beck might put on display on Teabag Day, he saved in reserve for Earth Day! On Beck's radio show, the host talked to some forest manager, who was going to be cutting down trees for some hunter. "This is like Nirvana here," he said, "This is not only going to hack off all the environmentalists but all the PETA people as well." (Nobody give Glenn a sad by telling him that environmentalists are actually okay with cutting down trees and sustainable forest management, okay?)

Anyway, this presented Beck with a cognitive challenge. What would happen if he was forced to keep two ideas - chopping down trees and shooting deer - in his head at the same time? In short order came the answer. "I need some Barry White music!" Beck exclaimed, "This is almost full-fledged light some candles! This is eroticism!" And for a minute there, you got the feeling like an epic talk-radio jeans-creaming was about to unfold.

Unfortunately, when the forest manager told Beck that he was just cutting down tiny "junk" Aspen trees and not mighty oaks, it was clear that the news was a total bonerkiller.

I hear it happens to lots of guys, Glenn. Maybe next time, you should just try to imagine yourself straight up WRECKING that deer corpse!

I happened to listen to Beck yesterday for a few minutes, and this was the part I caught.

So he wants to make a big deal that he's trying to undo what other people do on Earth Day, by cutting down a tree.

Then they say its just a garbage type of tree.

Then at the end, he pointed out that he only encourages people to cut down trees that they are already planning to cut down anyway.

So, this means that he is aware that cutting down trees is potentially harmful for the planet, but yet broadcasts nationally a live chainsaw cutting down a tree. WHY? To point out that he is intentially doing something harmful, because that is what he is all about?

He had a caller afterward bragging that he is burning styrofoam in his back yard in honor of this day. THINK about this. National coverage encouraging people to do harm to a planet that billions of people share. THINK about the short term thinking of that group of people on the right. Can you find a group that more blantantly places selfishness on stage for everyone else to see (or mock), and ENCOURAGE it.

Beck is encouraging all the insane people to come on out and do dangerous things. It's like he's saying, "C'mon right wingers, join me in showing how outraged you are. Feeling angry and perhaps violent? That's okay, it's your right to feel that way." Actually, he probably said those exact words.

Republicans generally promote a basic lack of respect for anybody or anything that they don't agree with. That is what small children do before they are taught to play nice. It's just a manifestation of a totally selfish, blissfully ignorant personality.

Your comment reminds me of one of my favorite sitcoms (Married With Children), and how it morphed from doing some cutting edge stuff to at the end and prior to its demise, a horrible unfunny parody of nonsense. So exactly is Beck, at some point nothing is out-of-bounds, a.k.a. Soap and or Jerry Springer, that in its end brings so much stupidity that it makes it into a routine and boring excercise.

Heck, yesterday Limbaugh was actually channelling Hannity as he was roiling at Obama for associating with Ayers, Wright, Rezco and a slew of other insignificant charges vastly ignored by the voters. Perhaps, all of these clowns will simply implode simeontaneously and the Earth will be whole again.
