NEW ORLEANS — Louisiana State Police say Casey Aldridge, the father of actress Jamie Lynn Spears' baby, has been injured in an early morning one-vehicle crash.

Master Trooper Billy Zeigler says Aldridge was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the 1:30 a.m. Sunday crash near the Mississippi-Louisiana state line.

Zeigler says Aldridge has been charged with misdemeanor careless operation of a vehicle. Zeigler said it's unclear if others were in the vehicle.

Spears starred in the Nickelodeon TV series "Zoey 101" and is the younger sister of pop singer Britney Spears.

None of the 5 in the monster truck were, 4 were ejected and are LUCKY to be alive. The cops were convinced he was not drunk, apparently. They may have been an armadillo involved, Access Hollywood mentioned there was a dead one near the skid marks.
