Jessica Biel MIA From Screens, Stripper Flick To DVD

JESSICA Biel -- one of the sexiest, most beautiful women in the world -- has had bad luck with her latest movies, and hasn't been seen on the big screen since "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" two years ago. Not even scenes of Biel dancing topless as a stripper in "Powder" -- co-starring Ray Liotta, Kris Kristofferson, Forest Whitaker and Lisa Kudrow -- could get the somber drama a theatrical release. "Powder" is going straight to DVD in June.

She wasn't bad in "The Illusionist", but Man, these are some bad movie choices. That cast alone should have signaled that this film was going to be a dud.

Wow. I hate to hear that because I actually think Jessica Biel is a pretty goodactress. Idon't know why she chose to be a topless stripper in her film, but whatever floats your boat I suppose.

I like her. She's more low-key than most of the other actresses, and I think she's very pretty. She's a bit of a lady when she is out and that's unusual now. She wears those great lady coats and little heels sometimes. (I know it's not particularly ladylike to strip in a movie--but that's a movie).

She never should have left "Seventh Heaven" when she did. I haven't liked her since then.. At least when the DVD will be made available, I am sure the fans she has, will scoop it up. Not me, however..

It's a shame that Forest Whitaker, who won the Academy Award for playing Idi Amin in The Last King of Scotland, is now in a straight to video movie. He has tremendous range, I hope his upcoming films fare better than this.

Wonder when some one who has actually done something will critize others "failures"... she has made at least one major movie evey year... thats not bad... Most would kill for that.
