Do not panic if that happens here. It's been a long time since we have seen official quarantine signs, but they were very much a part of the childhood of anyone over age 60. I am old as dirt and remember peeking through bedroom windows to wave at pals past the official signs. It's the best way to handle a big outbreak of anything. Always make sure you have a couple of weeks worth of food. That's just plain common sense. A good citizen is like a good boy scout.... always prepared.

Wow, they can do this, but the officials weren't basically helpless against the drug cartels that have killed many thousands of people?
