What's Your Reaction?

Has Michelle become Hillary's muse? A few weeks ago we noticed that Hillary Clinton was looking mightily similar to the first lady when she paired a pantsuit with a wide belt and big flower brooch.

And now the Secretary of State is back at it: on Monday during a meeting with George Yeo Yong Boon, foreign minister of Singapore, Clinton looked snazzy in a salmon jacket and matching belt.

See below or read more about Hillary Clinton's style here.

I am sure Hillary has a pair or two tucked away somewhere. Maybe not sneakers, but $500 none the least!

What's with all the talk about the cost of Michelle's tennis shoes? So what that's BARACK and MICHELLE'S MONEY not yours.

If I had as much money as they do you can guarantee I'd have some pretty nice things, too. They have money - get over it. At least Michelle also buys from J Crew and doesn't have an outfit that totals $300,000 like the one Cindy McCain wore to the Convention.

Hillary IS. I can't think of another woman in America that rates as high as she does in accomplishments.

Come on now! I am a Hillary fan also, but you can't think of any other women? And keep in mind one woman's aspiration is not necessarily that of another woman.
Well, you did say you couldn't think of another woman............cause I know research would reveal the names of women who work tirelessly as scientists finding cures for deadly diseases as well as other important accomplishments that are immeasurable.

Some one posted that Hillary is very tall, I've always thought she was about 5'5" at the most, actually., she's 5' 8½" .

She looks truly wonderful. And I'm sad I didn't have a chance to see her in The Hague where she stayed so close to where I live. :(

Hillary is very tall, and extremely striking in person. I've seen her in person in NYC up close. Unfortunately her current styles don't really show off her looks, the proportions of the jackets seem to be for the purpose of hiding her hips. If you notice the tops she wears underneath are much shorter. She is short waisted, and this just reinforces it. She looks great in flowing scarves, long raincoats and heels. Obviously not a daily wardrobe, but accessories that accentuate her height and dramatic flair. She is really very beautiful in person, and not much older than me, but I think she does look very matronly. She's so brilliant and who really cares what she wears, she's so busy it is trite to talk about it, but I have always been a rabid fan of hers and wish she looked as brilliant as she is brainy and competent. I'm glad she is SOS, and was not tossed aside after the election.

Hillary always looked good, however, she has taken it to a new level. She has been effective and great for our country as well as the world.

Hillary is really enjoying her job. I have this feeling she actually might be glad she didn't win. I think she would have caught h$ll with all the tasks in this presidency. The time might not have been right for her. I could see her as VP in four years maybe president if President Obama doesn't want to run. Everyone seems to think that President Obama would want another four years, he may not. Everything about this president will be different than any other president. If he stated he will not seek another term it wouldn't surprise me and I would welcome his choice. For all those people that like to thre.athen the president with not voting if he doesn't make all your dreams come true, the president could say the following. F-U I'm not running again and that would rightfully be his choice.

I don't believe Hillary could ever be elected president of the United States. She is simply not a leader.

"Couldn't ever be elcted POTUS"?!?! She received half the votes in the Dem primary, and would have beaten McCain in the GE.

She IS simply a leader.

That was easy.

I rarely see Hillary not looking good. She is a beautiful lady and I especially like her in yellow. She always has new and fresh but understated jewelry and is a class act.
I am so proud of her and the whole administration.

I like the belt, anyways. Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton has more important things to do, if anything why didn't Huffpo post a pic of her and that Libyan guy w/the brown suit. That guys outfit was so odd.

Good for Hill! It gives her a more curvy look and you can see in her face and in her affect that she feels better about herself than she has for a while too.

Would someone please check Anya S. in for some journalism classes. But first, Anya,, please run through any corporate building in NYC and see how many women are wearing belts...Yet, somehow, Michelle Obama has to be the architect of (via osmosis maybe)Hillary Clinton deciding to wear belts...not the myriad articles in every fashion magazine for the last months touting belts? No, Michelle wore a belt, so Hillary must wear a belt....so much for the sisterhood. You try and devolve two of the smartest women in the news into a woman like you....Anya, you are killing me with this junkmail puh-leeze...

The "article" is especially ridiculous considering that Clinton has been wearing belts off and on for years (including the belted gown she wore for her husband's inauguration) and even did so during the primaries. I guess HP is desperate for copy.

I agree with you on NYC, but would say that belt wearing goes back much longer than a few months. Belts have been in for some time . . . the real issues were the width of the belt and whether they were slung low or at the waist.
