Chelsea is what America should be all about. If you ever stay in one of the hotels, hide aways, lodges etc where she spends time on a regular basis (and they are all over the world) the staff will go on and on about how much they love her. The total opposite of the Americans (Texans are the worst) that you see in Paris that embarrass you to death.
