Obama Supreme Court Pick Chatter Includes Chicago Judges

On the widely-reported list of candidates the president is expected to consider are at least two federal judges from his home town. One often-mentioned name is Diane Wood, an appellate court judge who also teaches at the University of Chicago law school, as did Mr. Obama. Another name is Ruben Castillo, a U.S. District Court judge, and an adjunct professor at Northwestern.

It would be profoundly poor judgment for President Obama to appoint another Roman Catholic to the Bench.

Regardless of the pressure from women's groups, or the Latino community one more Roman Catholic judge could lead to the over turn of Roe V Wade.

So far you have Kennedy, Thomas, Scalia, Roberts and Alito. All it would require is a Sotomayor to send us back into the dark ages.

Sotomayor is pro choice. Most Catholics views on abortion are similar to the population as a whole.

Pick the most unqualified liberal judge from San Francisco or Boston..... BUT FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY , NO CHICAGO JUDGES.
