The White House press corps are the ones who are interested in Washington, DC media events. Outside of the Beltway, few are interested in DC's media people & events. DC's chattering class is (use your favorite, gross, obscene, phrases).

He looks like that frog in some dang fairytale that I can't remember..nope, hold up..it was a fat mole with glasses sitting at the end of his nose...looks just like the prototype they used for the character! lol How the hecky did Rove become so powerful, the same could be asked of Cheney? When he is talking (Cheney) you can tell that he's bored stiff having to explain whatever he is at that moment. Thinks that he is above it all and does not HAVE to answer to anyone. Wonder if he and his wife have seperate wings in their house? lol She is very attractive and it just has to be the power that she's attracted to..cause he is an evil, round, nasty little man! lol Just sayin'! lol They both (Rove and Cheney) remind me of the unpopular kids in school. You...well, I had to be kinda nice to them so they would vote for me in whatever I was running for at the time..but, could not stand to be caught in a one-on-one conversation with them. Woulda bored me silly and they are kinda spooky looking, too! hehe

The dinners are unbelievably snobbish gatherings of arrogant members of the ruling class. Notice how Rove and Albright defer to each other as if they came to divide and conquer. 'Oh, your jokes are so funny, Karl; now why don't you come with me to Tijuana!'

Like I said, unbelievably snobbish. There is nothing democratic at all about these events.

I agree with that. How does one eviscerate someone with gossip, tattle and snobbish asides? That's the way of the rich; they 'stand up to somebody' like Rove and then go home and check their stock in Halliburton.
