GOP Gearing Up For Court Fight
Politico:
Senate Republicans admit they have virtually no shot at stopping President Barack Obama's pick to replace Supreme Court Justice David Souter -- but they see a definite political upside in waging a fight.

Bill Clinton should be appointed to replace Justice Souter.
This is how the GOP is choosing to spend it's time and their contributors money. Many web sites of republican politicians currently have under the title tax plan,"info coming soon".We can hardly wait.
The louder they scream and the dirtier they get - the less relevant they become. Please keep yappin guys...we are lovin it.

MoveOn.org is Gearing up to throw you conservatives out of congress ASAP.
Just keep it up. We're watching.
This is "stirring the muck" nonsense.
Another hype to get people riled up with the media playing the drum majorette!
WHOEVER, Obama chooses will be approved.
Let's get back to real things, like what everyone is going to do as a result of the bank stress tests being made public this week.
A court battle is how the GOP stole the election for George Bush! When you can't win a true election..
These people are clueless and are so eaten up with themselves, and so busy stroking each others egos...the
Why don't they wait to see who it is before they decide they don't like the person.
This is the problem. They're just hostile. They don't even think. They don't evaluate. They don't use reason. There's a word for that -- insanity.
Goopers tilting at windmills again. My guess is Obama is already three steps ahead of them.
No problem getting Obama's choice to sail through the approval process on the first try.
This shows just how lost the GOP really is.
The silly neo-children have just told the nation that they're going to fight regardless.
No nominee has been named but the GOP still doesn't like them!
President Obama could tap Jesus and the GOP would still hold their breath and stomp their "whittle" feet.
My three year old behaves like that with food sometimes.
When I try to get him to try new foods, he's sure he won't like it.
Sometimes his tantrums start before the food touches his lips!!!
Now why do you suppose I though of that???
Sorry GOP.
Next judge will be young, liberal female.
And get used to.
Next 16 years of federal and supreme appointments will ALL be liberal.
Turnabout Is Fair Play!
Sadly the GOP will still throw their temper tantrums like the spoiled neo-children they are!
The party of no and of obstruction wants to make sure this is cemented in everyone's mind before the 2010 elections just to make sure none of their candidates are successful.
IT really is funny how they are talking filibuster (which they were going to try and legally stop a few years ago) and Obama hasn't even nominated anyone yet. They are already planning how to NOT vote for this person and a few years ago they were claiming (all Presidential appointees should be given an UP/Down vote) I am sure someone is making or should be making a Youtube pointing these two things out.
