Miss California Topless Pic #2 Out, Pageant Runner Up Ready To Take Crown (PHOTO)

A second topless photo of Miss California Carrie Prejean has been released by TheDirty.com, days after Prejean promised the state pageant that there was only one such photo in existence.

In related Miss California news, TMZ reports the gay-marriage opponent's father may be gay. Her parents split in 1988, and the ugly divorce was full of allegations. Read that story here.

Back to the crown drama. On Wednesday Prejean's runner-up Miss Malibu told "Access Hollywood's" Billy Bush she is ready to step in should Prejean lose her crown because of a morality clause in the pageant contract contestants sign that promises they have no nude or semi-nude photos in their past.

The second photo is similar to the first, with Prejean's bare back to the camera, only she's no longer smiling.

The release of the second photo comes out days after Prejean, in an email to the Miss California pageant obtained by TMZ, promised there was only one such photo in existence. "I shouldnt (sic) have taken the photo of me in my underwear. There are no other photos of me. This was the only one I took."

TMZ, however, claims it has seen four such photos, as over the weekend they were offered to the site in a sale.

Meanwhile on Wednesday Miss Malibu Tami Farrell told "Access Hollywood" she is ready, willing and able to take over. "I would be honored to represent the state of California if they need me for my responsibilities as first runner-up. I wouldn't mind stepping into the spotlight."

But she still had nice words for Prejean. "There is a lot of controversy right now. I commend her actually for taking a stance in something she believes in."

I think it her point is that she stated her opinion about homosexual marriages. She did not attack homosexuality. She was not vicious in her comment and frankly, I think it took a great deal of guts to say what she did KNOWING that her position would not be "politically correct."

Beyond this, she posed topless, but you see much more on any beach in America than what those pictures show. Yet, she is now somehow a HYPOCRITE? Give me a freakin' break here.

It is ONE thing to state an opinion and the fact that she is working with other groups to protect what she feels is the biblical view of marriage simply means that she is CONSISTENT. This is no different than what homosexual groups do as they work diligently to overturn the SECOND vote that took place in California.

She is not viciously attacking people or groups because of their sexual orientation. She has stated an opinion and the likes of Perez Hilton didn't like her opinion. So, HE fills up his own blog with vitriolic spew. Wow, the level of maturity he evidenced was wonderfully refreshing.

Sodom and Gomorrah was not destroyed because of homosexuality. It was destroyed because homosexuality was accepted and condoned OPENLY.

The issue wasn't "freedom of speech." She could have said anything. In a pageant based on beauty and grace, she just needed to sound more poised and composed when she made her comments. Given that they were life-long views, her comeback should have shown more forethought.

So you think there's a God, and he's an entity so powerful that he constructed the entire Universe. An infinite expanse of trillions of stars in billions of galaxies, many teeming with planets of their own. He designed that. Trillions and trillions of light years across. Billions of years old. And on this planet, he created life out of nothing, millions of different lifeforms, their biology, cells, etc, he designed a myriad of complex ecosystems to support these lifeforms, etc.

How is it not absolutely ludicrous to believe that an entity so powerful would actually care about the man-made concept of marriage at all, or which gender humans were allowed to marry in some specific country in a specific time period?

I can understand how somebody might believe that there was an intelligent force behind the creation of the Universe, but I am unable to comprehend how anyone thinks it makes sense that such a creature would be concerned with gay marriage. You're talking about some cosmic immortal all-powerful entity that has lived for billions of years. It's sitting up there somewhere with its arms crossed getting angry because on one planet, in a few countries, gay people are getting married?

There are verifiable records of George Washington. There is nothing remotely verifiable about the supernatural aspects of the Bible. It's mythology. It's no more real than Zeus. Just imagine if this would have happened in 2006. The question is "Should we leave Iraq?" Miss California says "I think the time has come for our troops to come home" She would have won the contest and been a hero to the left.
