Thought you might find this of interest.

Hi friends,

Just wanted you to know some fantastic news!!!!! We've told you about
our friends daughter (7 years old) that has the cancerous brain tumor.

To refresh your memory - she was diagnosed a year ago this week with a very
progressive tumor - not much hope for her at all (maybe 3 years max).
They started chemo at Mayo right away and it has been a long road, but prayers
And Shaklee have made a difference. They put her on Nutriferon and I believe the
kids vitamins. She continued to hold her own and did pretty good. We called
them from New Orleans and told them about Vivix and they ordered some right
away. What did they have to lose.
She has been taking Vivix since August and the tumor has shrunk during the last
three visits to Mayo. Their last visit was sooo amazing!
The doctor said they can hardly detect it now!!!!! She no
longer has to do chemo and the doctors said to "keep doing, what you're
doing" because chemo does not do this to this kind of tumor. She is not out of
the woods yet, but it is looking very good! Thank you God & Thank you
Shaklee!!!!! Miracles happen!

This is not a sales pitch, It's an honest statement and true to fact. I hope Farrah keeps
on with her fight. She has endured so much. I just want to reach out and try to

It's ridiculous! With all the research money they're getting, you'd think they'd have a cure by now.
Hope Farrah recovers soon. She's a beautiful woman and great actress.

What research & money, Heck we don't even have enough scientist and engineers to really fight this disease and how will we? When you have a huge section of the rel!g!ous population doing everything in their power to st!fle science.

Cynthia Ergenbright's sister, who died of cancer a few years back, penned this beautiful description of heaven before she passed.

Heaven is being able to invest yourself in concern for the homeless rather than in stocks in some company you never see; it is seeking justice for those who are persecuted; it is using authority to help others rather than seeking to retain its power for its own sake; it is expressing love for one's neighbor over fear for one's own matters of interest. Heaven is so near to our yearning that we know it is true, and yet it is so far from where we are that we often cannot see it and forget its existense.

Farah's grim passing is going to be a key elegiac moment for the Boomers in general. She was the Golden Girl of Golden Girls in the 70s, and now it has sadly come to this. It was always pathetic for a generation to make "Forever young" it's mantra. Better to return to the sobere, humbler wisdom of all the great spiritual traditions which emphasize that life should be a journey into spiritual maturity, not a clinging to youthful naivete and childishness. It's sad Farah's had to go through so much.

Wow, very well put and an interesting perspective. I am a Gen-Xer myself, but that particular boomer vanity has not escaped my notice.

She was and still is, the 'IT' girl of our day! I remember her poster adorned my oldest sons bedroom wall for years and then he passed it down to his younger brother who held onto it for several more years. Sadly, it became dog-eared and tattered over the years, but I still remember it so well - as do my sons.
Her serious dramatic roles were awesome performances but she will forever be known as one of "Charlie's Angels".
I wish her no pain, peace and much love before she soars heavenward and becomes a true angel!
Farrah, you have fought a brave fight with much courage and have won the respect of all Americans - when the times does come, sleep in the peace you have so deservedly won. We will miss you and that smile that entranced us so.
Cancer is a beast that must be contained - far too many of the good people have succumbed to it.
Peace be with you Farrah!

Ryan seems to be quoting from "Love Story."

Love means always having to say you are sorry.

Every time I saw Farrah with Ryan, I wished she had had a long marriage to Lee Majors. I wonder if he's been able to visit her?

Same here, HT. They were such a nice couple (both Texans?) and they always appeared to be so genuinely in love. Farrah said that the demands of their careers simply left too little time for them to be together.

Didn't Lee married a young Playboy bunny?

Lee only married and married again after losing Farrah. In an interview, Lee and Ryan were good friends and had Ryan checking on Farrah when he'd go on location. Well, with dirtbag Ryan and lonely Farrah, you know the rest. I truly believe had they stayed together and gotten counseling, that would've been in her best interest. Ryan was the bad boy; some women like that type.

Farrah said Lee was very controlling. He wanted her home a lot. What spouse doesn't?

Majors was so gorgeous in the Big Valley. I believe that he is not a Texan, but he is a Midwesterner from Michigan.

So very, very sad.

Now that President Obama has brought science back into the 21st century after 8 years of stagnation with the Bush Regime, we will begin making the quantum leaps in medicine that are our time.

It is unconscionable that she has had to travel all the way to Germany for treatment she should be able to receive here. So much for the Republican lie that the United States has the best health care in the world.

May she be without pain and in peace

Many celebs are traveling there for alternative treatment after receiving grim news in the U.S. Suzanne Somers even went there when she had breast cancer.

You can't blame the Republicans for everything. Are you one of those folks who turn every topic into a Bush Bash.

I just lost my mom to lung cancer. i am very sad for this woman who was such a star when i was young. I cannot believe my mom is gone and i miss her every day. I know how F's family is feeling. Bless her heart. I did say a prayer for her and others who are going through the same thing as she. I hope she gets well, but if she doesn't, I pray she soars with the angels.

I hope the love of her close ones and the world are providing much comfort. Nice lady, only briefly meeting her twice but she had just a very light, sweet, uncomplicatedly kind quality. It was obvious she was not an egotistical person. Farrah, our prayers are with you!

This is so very sad for Farrah, Ryan and Redmond. My heart and prayers goes out to them, their loved ones and friends.... and to ANYONE who has to endure what these incurable diseases does to their lives.

It is ABSOLUTELY UNCONSCIONABLE that the SAME diseases like cancer, strokes, heart failure, well... basically all of the diseases we've faced in previous centuries..... are the SAME diseases that are STILL taking lives in the 21st century, because we've placed science and research basically as little or no importance.

What is it going to take to bring this great country into the 21st century, with science, medicine, education and technology. Being top-notched and placing importance in these areas is key to truly advancements into the 21st and beyond centuries. Other countries are surpassing this country in these areas by light years. American has got to wake up and advance into the 21st century, or we will NO LONGER be considered a leader in anything..... we will truly be doomed to failure. Plain and simple.

I lost my mother to cancer. My brother has cancer now. Today is World Prayer Day. Whatever your religion (or not,) let's hold all these people in the light of love, as well as all those who suffer, in spite of our differences.
