Now, luckily for those of us who don't smoke or get lit at lunch but who think of the "Mad Men" lifestyle with fondness, the look is a hit again.

These watches have never gone out of style, fashion (for which there is no room for in men's wear) perhaps. But who cares about fashion.

i started collecting vintage rolex (from the 40's) wristwatches yrs. ago before anyone even knew what they were. i collect 'boys size' which have a smaller face than the normal ones. people always admire and ask what kind of watch it is. my brother was just in town and was sporting a TAG, it looked huge like wearing a coaster on your arm. there's an old saying, 'less is more'.

Mad Men is so spot on to anyone growing up in the 50s and 60s it is really eerie. The first time I watched it, it brought back memories that I didn't even know I had. Boy, we sure have moved on.

I love vintage jewelry, so I can see why people are attracted to vintage watches. In fact my favorite piece is a diamond pendant that my dad gave my mom at the time of my birth.
