Hmmm... Deja Vu.

Remember the tobacco industry countering the bad effects of smoking?

I'm starting to hear a very large foundation cracking.

I will wager that this EX Reporter became an EX Reporter because of the fact that he didn't have the INTEGRITY to NOT be for SALE.

LOL will anyone take this report seriously since they paid him to write it....YES.....at least 21% will.

Perhaps this particular job of 'reporting' contributed to his 'ex' status.

any one can sell their ethics for a price ,particularly media types, which leads to the fact you can not believe any of their biased or paid for opinions!!!

Actually what Chevron is doing is hiring the report to LIE to the American people.
Feel free to believe it, it you want, it is your right.

Chevron is a sponsor of Public Television's News Hour and runs an "ad" at the beginning of each program that implies, in the softest and most sensible of tones, that global warming and the responsible reduction of CO2 producing energy is the most important problem on the planet, implying Chevron itself is, if not the leader, then one of the earliest and staunchest of supporters in this most important mission to save the planet.

It turns my stomach every time I see it and I find myself hitting the mute button or changing channels for the minute or so it takes to run. I don't know if others find this "ad" so abhorrent, but for me they've carried their "masters of deflective public relations" to a complete and intellectually dishonest dead end.
