Cher Dons Sheer Black Bodysuit (PHOTOS)

Cher showed age is just a number when she walked on stage in Vegas over the weekend in a sheer black body suit reminiscent of the one she first wore 20 years ago, dancing around an aircraft carrier in the "Turn Back Time" music video.

Now 62, she looked as good as ever in the bejeweled ensemble, complete with thigh high boots and suspenders.

She was performing at the music producer David Foster's "'Hit Man: David Foster and Friends" concert at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

I'm sorry, but she looks RIDICULOUS. The hair is absurd, the face lift looks plastic, and the outfit doesn't fit because she is too heavy for it.

True, she looks good for 62, but she would look better if she wore something that enhanced her looks rather than detracted from them. DEFINITELY, TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

At first I thought she had a new gig with Victoria's Secret, then I saw the makeup. I now have no idea of what's going on with her.

She has put on a little weight, as evidenced in her face and slight double chin. No doubt that clever costume is "industrial strength" and certain pieces of fabric, strategically placed, balanced out with great big hair and a leather jacket, helped equal "show time!".

I admire this woman's courage for wanting to keep it going. Getting older is difficult for most of us at the best of times, but to age in front of the whole world, having been previously known for your dynamite figure, has got to be hard. Cheers to Cher for continuing to entertain her fans.

I thought it was unseemly when she first did the video wearing this (with her quite young son behind her playing guitar), but now, at 62? It just seems.....wrong....and scary.

Futurama riffs on a "giant head museum" full of preserved historical luminaries. Somehow still living, despite the lack of spinal cord. Or body.

I think it should be updated to Celebrity Taxidermy Museum. Where "well preserved" pushes to envelope to "living dead" creepiness and transparent, paper thin skin is pulled impossibly smooth into cadaverous grimaces.

Sorry, that is just godawefull creepy. We've heard the bizzare lengths Madonna goes through to keep well perserved. I can just picture a tub of formaldehyde with Cher's name on it somewhere.
