Buffalo Plane Crash Co-Pilot Earned $16K Per Year

Low pay, long commutes and fatigue hampered the pilots who crashed a Colgan Air commuter plane near Buffalo last February, killing all 49 aboard and one person on the ground. A top federal official said the airline was "winking and nodding" at safety policy.
