Michelle Obama Named Maxim's #93 Hottest Woman In The World

First Lady Michelle Obama has been named to Maxim's Hot 100, the lad mag's annual list of the 100 hottest women in the world.

Obama came in at #93 (above #95 Padma Laskhmi, it should be noted), and while the other ladies on the list are pictured almost naked, in bathing suits, or in sexy poses, the magazine chose Obama's official first lady portrait to illustrate her listing. The writeup reads:

He may be dealing with two wars, an economic meltdown, and a rapidly graying dome, but at least our Commander in Chief gets to come home to the hottest First Lady in the history of these United States. (Sorry, Martha Washington!)

Putting Obama's wife on this list makes Maxim a JOKE! She might be attractive to some, but she is not hot and definitely not top 100. WTF was Maxim thinking? I will never pick up another Maxim as they have lost all credibility with this list. Obviously a woman made the list with some 'girl power' multiplier BS. Get real and get in touch with GUYS you dumb "mens" magazine. You pander to the media and women and any normal guy can tell you are crap.

Maxim fails to factor in less tangible attributes which can make a woman hot. One of very few things which Henry Kissinger has been right about is that "power is an aphrodisiac". Michelle Obama ranks much closer to number one when power is factored into the equation.

Maxim's criteria for hotness are coming from the perspective of boys who are wary of a fully grown woman. Their criteria are also narrowly restricted to a mould which leaves out many very alluring women. The last aspect they miss is the fleeting and tidal nature of a woman's appeal, based on her receptiveness to desire.
