Lisa Jackson, Head Of The EPA, Talks Climate Change And Small Business On The "Daily Show" (VIDEO)

Lisa P. Jackson, the new administrator of the EPA and the first African-American woman to hold the post, appeared on the "Daily Show" last night. She was greeted by an eager Jon Stewart who opened with, "The Bush administration was there for eight years, had [the EPA] been used? Was there a possum in your keyboard?" She responded by saying that the agency had a done a lot of work during that time and they were eager to get it back in the spotlight.

Jon then questioned whether or not global warming was a bad thing, citing New Hampshire in winter. Ms. Jackson laughed but held to her strong message of fossil fuel reduction and a commitment to economically efficient green initiatives.
