most of the time celebs are given these bags by the designers..so they will carry them around town and be photographed with them..so people who make 30k a year will feel that they MUST live like a star...and then plunk down 2k on a stupid purse...in most cases, little people sewing away fervently on leather scraps are not reaping the so-called rewards of celebrity clients.

i have recently heard several celebrity women say that they would never pay so much for a handbag...and yet they carry one on their shoulder.

I LOVE beautiful things but this really makes me wonder about her in general. Do you really NEED all that? I'm not a fan of hers. Never was. I just shake my head..and I love nice clothes, shoes and purses..but damn..people are starving. It would be one thing if she devoted time to charity work or donated to charity but you never hear this about her. It seems all she does is be vapid and shallow and seen everywhere.

Thank you. I have long been saying we all need to return to a simpler life style. Not too many generations ago, we would keep our mothers good china nice and pass it down. In these new changing times we all need to question just how much do we need and what we can give back.
