When did you say Dick the 'Torture' Cheney will be speaking? I want to make sure I am doing something, because I don't want to hear one word that Cheney guy has to say. He had his eight years to put this country on the path to destruction. Eight years and I am sick of him.

Its about time Obama did something Cheney has been bombarding the airwaves with his torture propaganda much like he did in the run up to the war in Iraq and democrats have been keeping their mouths shut nothing to say to criticize Cheney but they are certainly NOT at a loss of words when it comes ot criticizing the Democratic President.

Nice to see President Obama stopped hoping that they would get out and try to control the propaganda. Hilary is too busy to do it. Biden can't be trusted not to blank it up. Other democrats with the foreign policy gravitas are unnaturally quiet. So O probably said enough I have do this myself.

W...T...F...??!! I DID NOT, NOR WOULD I EVER VOTE FOR DICK CHENEY TO BE PRESIDENT, so make me understand why he is desparately trying to undermine Pres. Obama. Why is he being allowed to do this? Why aren't the Dems in power screaming foul to the rafters.

Dick Cheney and his sick sadistic policies and agendas are what got us in this ungodly mess, that had brought this great country to her knees, and cost us respect and integrity everywhere on this planet. Dick Cheney is the VERY person who orchestrated this mess, but is being allowed to undermine Pres. Obama. DICK "TRICKY DICK 2" CHENEY'S POLICIES WERE REJECTED NOV. 4, 2008....OVERWHELMINGLY, AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE THAT.

Pres. Obama needs to be more foreceful in putting Tricky Dick 2 in his place.... which is sending his on his way back to his secret bunker, and taking his shill daughter Liz (who is trying to rewrite her daddy's FAILED vice presidency) with him. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Why are the Dems, which we voted into majority in Washington, sitting back like little scared children, while this fool Cheney runs around maligning Pres. Obama. Just remember Dems, you're not sitting in such a pretty seat, and can be removed come next election. We didn't send you to Washington to become complacent. ENOUGH!!!

To use Chain-y logic, all Obama has to do to be successful in the national security realm is "keep us safe" until at least September 12 of this year. After all, that's better than what the BushCo Cabal did for us. Which makes me strongly believe the closer we get to September, the harder Darth Chain-y will be trying to pull some puppet strings to get there to be "an incident" so he can feel all smug and vindicated. Never country first -- always legacy first. Such a tarnished excuse for a human being.

Why can't they just have a real duel?

Like, with swords.

Sharp ones.

Obama now has a chance to prove himself a loser. He'll quickly cave to Cheney oratorial skills and his ability to state facts not platitudes.

Any bets on how many times Dick refers to the 7 years he kept America safe? I wonder if he even realizes that their administration didnt start on Sept 12th 2001.

If Cheney opposes Obama, it's a match of dueling views. If W opposed Obama, W would be drooling & sweating. That is why Cheney speaks for the GOP.

And that is also why the Republican party will be out of power for the next decade (atleast).

What a duel: Platitudes versus substance. Style versus substance. Immaturity versus maturity. Probably won't be interesting at all!
