Connor Cruise Joins Dad Tom At The Lakers Game (PHOTOS)

Tom Cruise enjoyed a night out with son Connor at the Staples Center Thursday night, as the Lakers lost to the Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.

Connor, 14, is Cruise's son with ex Nicole Kidman.

Earlier in the week, daughter Suri went to American Idol with with Katie Holmes. The pair were shown momentarily during Tuesday night's final performances.

Tom looks a lot less creepy when he's with his family- he should keep his kids around him at all times to appear more normal! I hope he doesn't make his son Connor go get those scientology glowing rock treatments!

His kids don't live with Tom -- they're under the supervision of his sister who lives in a separate house. She keeps them indoctrinated with Scientology. Nicole's access is extremely limited. Now that he has Suri, the showpiece, and the "photo ops of Katie, Tom and the kids" before they had Suri are no longer needed, you rarely see them together. Connor and Isabelle are "home-schooled" by Tom's sister, so they really live under the control of Scientology. Poor kids.

Caring about kids who are constantly in the spotlight is not an obsession. We should all be interested in the welfare of the children in our community. Scientology IS a dangerous cult, it's not really up for debate. Any kid caught up with it through bloodline should really be taken away from the parents through social services. It's child abuse. It probably depends upon the degree too which all of their identity are defined by race. If being white is their primary identity and being black is his then that could be problematic. Some people are their race followed by something else, others are something else followed by their race.

Tom Cruise is one of those guys that is great, professional and caring to strangers, acquaintances and friends- so long as you don't challenge anything he does or says at anytime, ever. The moment you do that, you are shut off from him, and he will work to destroy you. He is Scientology incarnate.
