Unemployment numbers have been under counted and cooked, just like the official CPI stats for years.

You must have been waiting to say that. It will take more than four months to uncook Bush's books and set the economy on a better path. But notwithstanding that, I'm having my best year since Clinton was president.

No that was where we were heading under Bush. I've had a great year so far in 2009 - my best year since Clinton was president, and that is after suffering the worst hardships of my entire life during Bush's presidency. I am very happy that President Obama is in charge.
Well right now , he is making the US look like a #2.
Actually trying to dig out from under the mess that Bush created is proving more difficult than they thought it would be.
Bush destroyed this country single-handedly, as he destroyed everything else he touched. Actiually Rove's fault. He said to Bush "I can make you president" but never asked himself whether or not he was capable or competent enough to be president. And so the country suffered and thousands died.
I assume that's snark, right, "Progressive" Pete? Are you another one with complete amnesia about how this all started?
