Alaska Gets Stimulus Windfall Despite Palin's Opposition

Gov. Sarah Palin may have turned down $28.6 million in federal stimulus money for weatherization and renewable energy projects, but the state will still do very well when it comes to the Recovery Act.
An estimated $1.3 to $1.5 billion is coming Alaska's way -- with some of it already on the street and in some cases, already spent.
