It was obvious when Adam Lambert lost that something was up. He was by far the winner. Why wouldn't we think that the right leaning AT&T/Yahoo bunch fixed the race to fit their christian philosophy? I stopped Yahoo during the presidential election. They were McCain/Palin cheerleaders catering to simple minded people.
Diebolt put the win in for George Bush and AT&T fixed the race because a powerhouse talent like Adam Lambert complete with eyeliner couldn't be THEIR American Idol.
Results giving to you from the corporation that spied on Americans without a court order. What we can expect?
Anyways they get immunity for their crimes.

Is it any wonder why the NY Times and other papers are faltering and going extinct? With this aritcle they've already spent more ink concerning an election on entertainment program than they did on the outright theft of the "04 presidential election in Ohio.

Adam clearly deserved to win, but this is the evidence? Let's see, a few phones provided at two parties? We're talking about a hundred million votes cast--I seriously doubt that AT&T could have swayed the vote even if they provided these people 100 phones with unlimited texting. It would have been a drop in the bucket.
The reality is that millions of Americans have terrible taste in music (look at modern "country music"). Also, Kris Allen likely picked up all the votes of the Gokey fans.
But who cares? Adam Lambert is poised to become an international superstar while Kris Allen will put out one album, be dropped by the label, and end up as the world's most famous coffee shop open mike artist.
Exactly! There are many many Kris Allen's already out there on the airwaves.

Wouldn't it be great if people now boycott the show, station, network, or even AT&T?? I know this will not happen, but boy I would love to participate in that.
They are all banking on the consumers short memory, so nothing will come of it, and eventually all this cheating will be business as usual.

I've never heard him sing, but I can just tell from the sound of this controversy.

There is no "may have" about it..A T & T with the compliance of Kris's fans,definitely swayed "Idol" votes..This is only one outrage casting a cloud over Season 8..Somewhere along the way to and during the finals things got way out of hand. There was the Danny Gokey-Michael Sarver blatantly homophobic video that Sarver yanked from MySpace due to pressure and complaints..Then there was Gokey's father (a Minister I think) out campaigning for Allen ..and Gokey posting a "Kris Will Win" prediction on his web site..And why does Gokey even have a website where he solicits money for charity in his deceased wifes name? There is more unfortunately and everyone reading this probably knows something that was very off about AI this time around. Kris Allen has been strangely quiet on his two appearances on Larry King Live with the top 10 Idols. There is a sadness about him that is very revealing. He seems like an honest young man who is caught up in something not of his making..dare I say, the greed and blind ambition of others?

This is why I stopped watching AI a long time ago, then I stopped watching Dancing with the Stars, same BS, but they cater to the Fox News crowd so for Kris Allen to win is a no brainer. Nobody worth their salt in music should put themselves through as a contestant on AI anymore.
I felt some type way about the Larry King interviews also. I got the impression that Danny wasn't too keen on Adam. I got that impression on the first show. I noticed when they all came on camera after it was just Adam and Kris that only Matt sat down there with Adam. It was almost like Matt was neutral and Allison and Danny were Kris' sidekicks. I don't know, something just didn't seem right. Kris was awfully quiet. Ryan had to pull answers out of him, grief he's the new AI, you would think he would be chattering away!
It's the $64,000 question all over again. Will anyone be charged this time?
Wow. Poor Kris,his win wasn't even legit. And poor Adam as well..he was totally robbed, although I'm starting to think that by losing Adam is in a better spot. I had a feeling something was up with the results. Adam was a clear leader on the show, then suddenly he loses??
you are all so funny... don't you understand that we all lose if there is no transparency - and it is true in every aspect of life - from politics to AI. besides, religion is poison, religious people - incredibly narrowminded...
Nothing was a more spectacular failure than Christianity!

adam...he will come out on top even if this is all rumors but kris?
his win was tainted from the beginning.
sad because he has real talent too...
