Ha! I laugh at what Obama and his liberal cronies think is wealthy. A family in the Silicon Valley (San Francisco bay area) can make $150K and after taxes, insurance, and 401K, have less than $70K to pay the mortgage, gas, food, education, etc. Sorry, but that doesn't even come close to surviving. And that is assuming they are in a $500K home which doesn't really exists here.

If you start asking them to "spread the wealth", they will be living in Iowa because they won't be able to survive in California.
