Todd Palin Offered Bristol A Car To Dump Levi

The full GQ profile of Levi Johnston is now online. The whole article is pretty interesting, especially if you're into bear hunting. But the most revealing passages from the subject himself come at the end, where he discusses his breakup with Bristol Palin.

Just going over there makes me pretty damn uncomfortable. I would call and say, "Can I pick him up?" It was, "No, you can't have him, but you can come see him." Just going over there, and Todd and Sarah sitting there staring at me, doesn't do it for me. Todd never says anything, really. Sarah, I don't know. She's a politician. She knows how to throw in a fake smile and look happy. They're pretty good at that.

Everybody was kind of like, we didn't talk as much anymore, you know, and we just kind of like drifted apart, as far as me and Sarah and Todd. Then me and Bristol just started fighting more and more. I thought it was, like, 'cause she was pregnant, she was moody and that kind of thing. So I was dealing with it and stuff. But it didn't stop after she had Tripp. Things got worse. So I was like, "All right."

As to whether he wanted to get back together with Bristol, Levi said "That's just not even in my mind ... There's lots of pretty girls." But when asked whether it bothered him that he "changed your whole life for this future and now they've shut you out," the young father simply said, "Yes."

In an yet-to-be released interview with GQ, Levi Johnston, the ex-boyfriend of teen mom Bristol Palin (and father to her son, Tripp) reveals even more details about the dynamics of his relationship with Bristol and her family.

Johnston told GQ that Todd Palin, on multiple occasions, offered to buy his daughter a car if she would break up him.

Since their split in March the two have separately given numerous media interviews, in which various divides have emerged. Johnston has declared that abstinence is unrealistic and been fairly frank in discussing the couple's love life. His family has also gone public with complaints that the Palins do not allow them enough contact with the baby. Bristol, on the other hand, after initially questioning abstinence has become an ardent campaigner for the cause but reluctant to discuss her own romantic past.

According to New York Magazine, who snagged a preview of the article, Johnston said he has no plans to get back together with Bristol.

Actually, I hate to say it, but I think there might actually be a good (albeit profoundly confused) kid in Levi. I think if we started a college fund for him, he might actually turn out th be a pragmatic, likable, progressive guy.

Wow do you watch (or read) anything besides MSNBC? Let me tell you something, I caught MSNBC in TWO BIG LIES several years ago, (one concerning the health of dogs I love my dogs, don't want to kill them just so MSNBC can have some ratings) . You can't trust them or any other network, or church...etc.., you have to do research on your own. Especially if you are going to be mean! I wonder if you do your own research because your words are so far from reality. If you studied just a little bit you would know that Palin is loved in Alaska and actually had the highest approval ratings of any other gov before she came into the spotlight! SNL did make fun of Obama. No - they didn't dress him up as Karl, but then they didn't dress Palin up as anyone else either. The dressed Palin up as herself. Then, in several of the skits, they used her own EXACT words in the skit. Palin's own words are so ridiculous that it sounds like she's being smeared when they are said.

I laughed so hard at that SNL skit that night. Then, the next day, I found out it was Palin's own words that Tina Fey had used. I couldn't believe she wasn't laughed out of the race.

It seems to me that with minor teens sending texts with nude photo to other minor teen a nude frontal photo of Levi's son is inappropriate in the media such as the HR. Some of these teens are being prosecuted.

If this picture was on a personal file, it might result in a prosecution for downloading child porn.

With the recent announcements, it seems plausible that an aggressive DA could bring some heat.

Parents are ALWAYS warned about posting nude pictures of their kids on the internet these days. No reputable parenting forum permits it because it's sometimes easy for those with dark motives to find where the families live because of informal conversations telling about themselves.

You are failing to realize the points in this Article and in general.

The only reason it is "Talked about" is because week in week out Sarah does things to thrust herself into the Media. .........Remember how she was Whining about the Media picking on her and how wrong it is for the Media to involve her kids?

I beg to differ. A high detergent gasoline in fact CAN clean and improve the flow through fuel injectors.

If all 4, 6, or 8 of your injectors flow roughly the same amount of fuel, instead of widely varying amounts due to accumulated crud, the result can be measurably better fuel mileage. I'm talking 1-2 mpg.

This young man is trying to step up and is not being allowed to be a father as much as he can. The Palins seem to think it is about money and paying support, but if a young man doesn't have money or a way to get it, that doesn't mean he should not be forming a meaningful relationship with his child. They are punishing him. And if he didn't respect abstinence, he had a girlfriend who's family had enough power to enforce it. Only Bristol didn't want that, did she? She wanted a hot boyfriend and she did what she had to do to keep him. Sounds like someone was not very well raised, and her parents weren't even around to take notice.
