Protest

WAFB:

"Enough is enough," was a common chant hurled by protestors through the air and aimed at Governor Bobby Jindal. Members of the Concerned Citizens Coalition marched against Governor Bobby Jindal's decision and handling of Louisiana's portion of federal stimulus funds.

"It's important that we as a community unite to send a message to Governor Jindal that Louisianans are tired of being on the bottom of the totem poll in just about every indicator," said Shacara E. Lewis, State Director for Every Child Matters in Louisiana and Coalition organizer.

Jindal has cut spending to higher education by the train load. Many programs and classes have had to be shut down. I guess this is progress to Republicans? Now the GM plant in Shreveport has been announced to be shut down in the restructuring of General Motors. You stink #10 Mr. Bobby.

No doubt Bobby never thought "his people" wouldget so upset with him. Or maybe he is just going to use this for his next political run at whatever he nexts aspires to be. If the count on his supporters holds he might be out of a high dollar job and down in the trenches. He and Palin and the rest who are lying their butts off to attempt to paint a bad untrue picture and they might have a backfire that they none expected. Too bad so sad, worst trip they ever had!

And the Repugs want this clown as their candidate in 2012?!? Good luck with that.

Typical Republican. Touts the values of education then when in office he cuts education under its knees.

Let them eat crawfish. Heh Jindal?

Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and West Virginia have voted Republican for years in the presidential elections, and yet they remain the poorest states in the U.S. Have they not all learned? Supply-side economics have failed these people, but yet they still vote for fools like Jindal. Voters of these states-See what you get?

This is great news. Jindal, Palin and any other buffoon who rejects funds on behalf of their constituents deserves to be protested and exposed. Rev. Bookburn - Radio Volta

The thinker hath cometh and she is right on with her comment. Jindal Bells has more than bells ringing in his ears. The space between his ears is a virtual ricochet chamber as evidenced by his now infamous rebuttal to Obama's speech back in January. The repuglicans can't wait for the sun to rise for another round of "pull my foot out of my mouth from the hip". The party of family values is itching to prove everyday that the only values they have is making a mockery of family values. How does making sure that people are provided for during dire economic times relate to shunning stimulus money for the sole purpose of being pill in order to make a point. Next to Michigan, the people of Louisiana have suffered more than any other state in the Union when Katrina is added to the ledger. Bobby, please seek some help for your apparent mental illness, but then again you have taxpayer funded health care when there was probably money in the stimulus package to be allocated to mental health care.

Abusing the people he's responsible for just to look good to the GOP for 2012. Carpetbagger extraordinaire.

How is he a fraud by not accepting money from "Barack" "Hussein" "Obama." Making fun of someone's name is a pretty weak tactic, don't you think?

Jindal is a fraud! Accept it...

I taught in a small town in Missouri years ago. They had a public swimming pool in the local park. When the town had to allow blacks to swim in the pool. They decided to fill it in. Now no one got to swim. I never understood that. Hatred causes some stupid behaviors.
